    i am 6.2' and 194 lbs wat is my ideal weight?

    Depends on what your frame is eg light med or heavy personally I think it is all BS as I,m 5 10" and I should weigh 150lbs so I guess I,m obese as I,m about 50lbs heavier - go figure bro lol
