Hey everyone, In my opinon the diet I have now is alright. Im eating enough protein which I think is most important and alot of greens. But I dont know nearly as much as some people on here so im hoping someone can help me with my diet. Things you have to keep in mind is that im only 5'4, I weigh 165 with 8& body fat. What im trying to accomplish is get up to about 175lbs with about 6% body fat. Hopefully that will help out anyone willing to help me out. If you need anymore info just ask.
