Will this work
Basically i am doing a cutting cycle right now and i am watching the pounds, every day I wake up I drink a protein shake, I hit the gym around noon and lift for about 45 minutes and do cardio for about 45 minutes, I do this four days a week after the gym I come home and eat two chicken breasts with seasoning on top, will the seasoning kill my diet? after that I drink another protein shake. For dinner usually two chicken breaast again this time with a small carb, half potatoe, and a vegatable, this is day in and day out. Any opinions will help thanks!

Is that seriously what you eat everyday and in that manner?
My opinion is that for your approach to be effective, you have to have a much more detailed approach with meals/amounts/times/etc.
That's the only correct way to do it.

hey man your diet could be seriously tuned up,
if your goal is cutting while keeping the muscle you have gained, yes you want to keep your protein up and do cardio, but timing of this is everything.
First of all if you can do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomache this way your body burns more fat for energy. After cardio comes morning shake with flax oil. from there on in the only other time you have a shake is pwo with something that will spike your insulin (fruit)
other than that eating two chicken breasts at a time it is probably not the best way to take off fat. an avg. size chickent breast has 45 - 50g of protein your body will only digest around 50g at a time and the rest will be stored as fat, about every 2.5 hours eat like 40 - 50g of protein
fill up on fiborous vegies and be sure to have a huge salad with your protein and use olive oil dressing, oh ya and night time casein shake,
grab a few magazines man this shit is there like every issue, knowledge is power, good luck.

oh ya and for the seasoning it probably won't matter all thats in it is salt and sodium is good on low carb workout until like a week before a contest, just stay away from sauces.
and as for that potatoe at night get rid of that your body won't burn any fat at night just those carbs, trade that for some oatmeal in the a.m. quaker is the shiznet.
