I have yolks all the time w/my whites.
It depends on what will/will not fit into your approach.

Have the yolk when you are having a pro/fat meal
nice...ok....what if i switched my carbs to fats???? in the mornings, what if i took some fishoils and eggs till i was full instead of my oatmeal before morning workout??? would that makes sense?
i am currently on a high protein diet, low carb...
bsically eat carbs/fruits in mornings, carb/protein at noons, proteins/greens at night
post your diet. we can't answer these questions until we know what your diet looks like, your goals, your stats, etc.
i DO suggest oats pre workout though for energy, don't switch that
ok...well...its not to crazy but its simple and works when im goin for what im goin for....when im goin for it.....lol

breakfast: consist of oatmeal, egg whites, and berries, whey, CLA, and flax oil
lunch: potatoe, plain tuna, low fat cottage cheese, and protein yogurt, CLA
dinner: MEATS!!!! *(chicken, fish, and/or beef) and greens, like radishes, salads, colliflowers and broccoli. CLA and whey

let me point out a few things that i see just off the top of my head:
- only 3 meals?
- "more bulk then cutt; goal: lose bf%" - WHICH ONE, CUT OR BULK?
- when is your workout?
- post macros
- efas?
could go on forever. i suggest you check out the cutting sticky or bulking sticky depending on what you actually want to do
tahts the thing, i cant realy fit more then 3 meals..i dont got time..i can only pack what i can in my bag....i lift furniture all day, and workout at night...hence the proteins at nite, if that makes sense....basically,, i dont worry about cut to much, im already a stocky guy with a freakin turtle shell on my shoulders called traps....i want to bulk while cutting bf%....

If you have a bf% that is high than ya leave out the yolks, but if you bf% is low than treat yourself to some yolks.
well...im 5'7 and 160 ish, and am at 9.7% bf..im short n stocky...ALWAYS HAVE, ALWAYS WILL turtle shell on my back..hardcore traps baby...egg yolk power!![]()
