2% Milk Ok or not for cutting

I was 248lb's before I started my cutting diet. 2 weeks latter I am now down to 240lb's. Is it ok to use 2% milk to mix up my Whey protien in? I was going to mix the whey protien, 2% milk and flax oil together in a blender if this was ok. I was only going to use the milk 1 time a day because it makes my shakes alot better. please let me know what you think.

Water all the way. Milk has no place in a cutting diet.

(what I consider a cutting diet)

milk is a no no for sure...if you HAVE to have it then go with skim or non fat and only use a quater of what you normally would and use water for the rest...

Now would this mean that cottage cheese is also a no no when cutting? I have not eaten very much of it but at night would have about 1/2 cup for night time.

That's not nearly as bad being that the carb (sugar) content in cottage cheese is low compared to that of milk.

2% has less fat than 1%??? No chance, bro. If that was the reduced percentage of fat in the dairy you could pound whole cream in your PWO shake. haha

It's all about how bad you want it.

    Suck it up!

I see lots of people complain about not being able to use milk in shakes, hating the taste of flax oil, etc.

Be like Nike and just f*ckin' do it!

i just recently picked up some carb countdown fat free milk from the super market. it also comes in 2%. 3 grms carbs, 3 grms sugar for 8 oz. It tastes better than water in my shakes. you guys should try it.
