    Eat Eat Eat

I am on a test e deca cycle right now and am concerned with the bloating. I have heard both sides of the story and I am not cutting, yet not wanting to put on any bloat or fat either.

Some say to eat eat eat those carbs and protein to help throw on the muscle when on a bulking cycle, yet others say dont go eating more carbs..Thoughts...experienced folks.

How do any of you have any idea what types of food I am putting in my body? Its a question directed at the conventional thinking verses personal experience. They need to start a bragging forum for some of you. Now to ask again when you are on a bulking cycle some of you eat 600+ grams of carbs daily, now how has that worked for you. I myself have always kept my carb intake around 400 when bulking yet It seems when I begin to go further up as I have just began to experiment with I begin to hold more water. I tried to counteract with more cardio yet then I do my cardio first thing empty, so I think its the extra glycogen causing ore softness than anything. I would rather not incorporate any cutting gear in my cycle because I only have access to winny and I am predisposed to MPB and would rather just alter my diet than doing more gear, there is only si much my propec can hadle

Why are you concerned with holding water? If you're afraid of bloat, I don't see why you're running a compound such as Deca to begin with.

As for your question, the amount of carbs you intake and the bloat you get will depend on the individual. It will also depend on what source of carbs, the rest of the diet, the timing of pro/carb and pro/fat meals, the amount of water intake, and of course, the ancilleries taken in conjunction.

Your question is too broad and vague to get any real type of answer. And yet, you feel the need to insult the members of the board when they comment on your cycling before you have your diet in check. If you're really looking for advice, you're going about it the wrong way.
