Anybody eat granola for breakfast.. or too much sugar

Hey guys I was at Whole Foods today and came across a brand of granola made from Kamut that had only 5 grams of sugar per serving, do most of you stay away from granola and just have oats or can I change it up sometimes to also have granola?

Depends on what you are eating for - what your current goals, time of day, training times... as well as how you generally tollerate it as a carb source. If you are simply thinking of using granola as a replacement to oats - compare the ingredients themselves... and the actual cooking/heating may alter results a bit...

The addition of milk would be more of an issue, to me anyhow, then the replacing of oats w/granola.

Yeah, I dont see anything wrong with changing it up , and only 5 grams of sugar wont kill you unless your trying to do a contest or something. Just dont eat the stuff all day long everyday, I would try to change it up or eat it a few days/wk as opposed to everyday
