    Need help about Whey

Is it ok to mix whey protien to your oats in the morning. I believe it would be sweet enough then so I wouldnt have to add splenda to the oats. Any input would be great.

I do this for PWO nutrition... was suggested to me by someone here, and yes, it's sweet enough.. like chocolately heaven goodness... mmm, I could eat it right now.. the suggestion that was made to me was to make sure the oats aren't to hot though, effects the protein. I also added a bit of cinnamon... delectable.

Can you make shakes in advance and still have all the goodness stay in tact? I thought you had to make and consume right away... ?

What I do is leave my oats to soak in cold water for 15-20mins, then add 2 scoops (40-50g) of chocolate whey into the mix just before I am ready to eat it. Yum
