Here's a little background............Been cutting for a month, two more weeks to go. Been seeing good results, strength is up and down but that could be to the damn humidity....Seen good results in a month(probably dropped 2-3%). Looking to cut another 5lbs or so in the next two to three weeks.(to 9-10%)
My question is, I work bankers hours 8-5:30. I do AM cardio before work, and I do my weight training at around 6:00 or so. My problem is that my PWO shake is around 7:30 os so. Usually my last meal is around 9:15.
Should this be a PPWO meal??? Or should I keep it Pro/Fat as I have been doing??
WHen I start my Tren/Prop my Pro/Fat will be right before bed, so I'll have time for a PPWO and another meal before bed.
What do you think:
Last meal of the day PPWO or
Keep Pro/Fat like I have been.....
