Diet needs work.......like he said compare macros to the "cutting sticky" above. I also think you have too many shakes in there. Whole food is more thermogenic and will help burn calories. You also need carbs a.m half hour after cardio and a bunch post work out(like 60-80g)

I think you are a little glycogen depleted. by consuming carbs at the correct times and doing cardio on an empty stomach, you will see results and stay somewhat "fuller". AMOUNT AND TIMING OF CARBS........

Given your stats, you may be undernourishing yourself causing your body to rebel. Also hard to give advice when no macro totals.

It's not even remotely close, I'd suggest you peruse it yet again.

Once you've come up w/a new plan of attack, then present it here for critique by all the members.

Add dextrose if possible PWO..........like 60-80g that will help keep a little "fullness" in the muscle. Or oats are OK too.

No METr-X or Myoplex either...........get whey protein Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard

    Great attitude you have there.

How much you lost was not the issue, it's how much was fat, how much was muscle, and how this will/will not continue to work for you the longer you go
At your weight, having the first meal be a measly 4 egg whites and 1 egg is insane. I know you've lose a LOT of lean muscle mass. You also listed no amounts for anything else, so we have nothing to base a critique on in the first place.

Pictures would help but I can only guess what the response would be should we suggest those as a means to guage progress.

If you know it all already, why did you even start this thread? Seems to me you just don't like to read or you can't comprehend the information suggested, nor are you able to differentiate between your approach and the one suggested. (my bet)

I personally don't care what you do, all we did was try to steer you in the right direction. However, if you want to continue with your "perfect already" approach, then by all means go for it. I had some additional suggestions for cardio and such, but w/your attitude here I was a fool for even thinking of mentioning those tips.

This thread was entirely pointless and a waste of time.

    CLOSED.
