    Dressings...

I was in the supermarket today and saw some sugarfree, calorie fat free bbq sauce and thousand island dressing so I bought it. It says its made with aged vinegar and other spices. Would this be alright for me to eat with my chicken and steak? Also I boujght the spray I cant believe its not butter with 0 calories as well, is this ok?

Why are you worried about sodium? Is it because you are pre-contest in your final week?

Sodium is of no issue (to me anyhow and those I assist) as long as you drink adequate water throughout the day to flush out all the excess.

I eat the shit out of soy sauce, jerky, spices, marinades, etc. (no worries about sodium) and as long as I drink my gallon to gallon and a 1/2 per day, I remain shredded up and have good clarity.

yeah sorry i did not specify...i find it is high in sodium right now 3 weeks from my comp, but i still use it as my source of sodium...i get like 1-2tbsp a day and like 500mg sodium from it....but i will stop it 1 wek out to drop my sodium and add it again to help load up...

But if i was not dieting like this i am all over the soy sauce, and dressings....

i'd say it's all good so long as none of that stuff has any msg in it. that's really the only thing i could think of to be concerned about.

during cycles, i personally have to watch my sodium intake cause too much sodium boosts up my bp. i can still have a reasonable amount, but i know if i add a lot of sauces with sodium in them to my meals while on a cycle, it pushes my bp up, regardless of how much water i drink with it.

if you're not succeptible to high bp, then i suppose there would be nothing else to worry about with it. i do think many people worry way too much about sodium intake year-round, and need to stop being so crazy about it. too little sodium can be a bad thing as well.
