Hey long time since I've been on here but once again I need some help, The avater pic is me at 180lbs (height 5'10ish) and was taken about 2 years ago since then I've gone up to 240lbs I'd guess I am somewhere around the 20% right now and want to get back down to 10-12% and this is the diet I've been looking at

6 egg whites + 50g Oats
33g protein 42 Carbs 3.9 Fat
Meal 2:

130g Tuna
25g protein 0.5g Fat
Meal 3:
1.00pm
130g tuna + 50g Brown rice
27g protein 36g Carbs 2g Fat
Meal 4:
5.30pm
Shake
75g Protein 7.5g Carbs 6g Fat
Workout
6.30pm
Meal 5:
7.30pm
PWO Shake
33g Protein 53g Carbs 4g Fat
Meal 6:
8.30 pm
200g Chicken + veggies
53g Protein 3.4g Carbs 13g Fat
246g 141g 30g
+ 3 x efa tabs 33 cals
~1850 cals
now is this enough for somone of my size considering I have alot of fat to lose or should I be starting higer?
