    New Member - Diet Ideas?

    Hi ,

    I am a new member, not sure if i am posting in the correct place, so apologies if i am not..

    i am 21 years old, i weigh 112 pounds and am 5 foot 4...

    looking to tone up lower body mainly, not bulk muscles, just tone and define shape...

    does anyone have any ideas of what i should be eating to maximise chances of this, coupled with a good workout (looking for ideas on that too guys!!! lol)

    any help is much appreciated!

    umm.. for diet u came to the right place
    for training u need to truly goto the weight lifting forum.. much better responses there


    as for diet read the stickies atop the page.. try to compose a diet that will fit around ur schedule the BEST YOU CAN w/ what u learned from the stickies

    then people will chime in and give u critics to help u better compile ur diet
