Okay guys - I need help, if for no other reason than to boost my self esteem. You have all heard this question THOUSANDS of times I am sure, but humor me once again, I could really use your help.
Lets make this simple: I am so disgusted with my pudgy body. I am 26 years old, married with one new baby, and yet I am dying to look and feel young. I have never had a six pack, and I dont necesarrily want one, but I am SO tired of the pudge! I would give anything to simply have a toned body. I dont want huge muscles, I just want to look good without a shirt on. I know I sound like a chick, but it is true. How do I accomplish this?
Now, before you give me the canned "diet, exersize, etc." answer, please give me your own personal expertise. I have contemplated steroids. I will contemplate anything that helps me achieve this.
I weigh 223 pounds, I am 6'2" tall, my waist size is between 36 and 38. I have a pudgy waist line, pudgy thighs, and a pudgy neck. I did try the gym thing every flipping day for at least a year with no results. I eat very healthy, even tried weight watchers. Mornings, oatmeal and fruit; afternoons, healthy sandwich; evenings, chicken, steak, ground turkey, etc.
Please help. I will entertain any ideas. Again, I just want to tone up!!
