i cook 42 chicken breasts every sunday and i have 6 a day 7 days a week...i leave them all in tupperware in the fridge and they are fine...if you are at all skeptical, just give them a quick frying in the pan to kill anything you are worried about...

it is boring, no doubt...but when i am dieting and my choices are limited, and time is sometimes a factor, pre cooking iss my best friend...pre cook chicken, sweet potatoes....enough for like a week or so...

Boiled?
Boiled chicken seems to stay a little fresher for me, I'll get an extra day or two longer than I would if baked. I used to cook what seemed to be enough chicken to fill a five gallon bucket every week, but now I just go every other day. Always switching with fish. (no luck with that keeping though)

I throw left overs within one day. ( esp. when it comes to any kind of meats and chicken)

I always pre cook my chicken and steak for the week. No problems. I grill my steak and bake my chicken.
Its all good and cuts down on the time, i don't have time to cook it fresh everyday. If i could i would prefer it that way.***No source checks!!!***
