do u really need the milk? how bout a veggie or 2?
Meal 3 1 salmon fillet, 1 glass of milk, 2 tablespoon of PB ?
anything green would be nice here and milk is WAY OVER RATED stop it!

seriously .. i would do .5-1cup oats and some eggwhites for sure and maybe an egg or 2

Meal 6(before bed) 2 tablespoon peanut butter, 2 glasses milk
before bed i do salmon, eggwhites and a veggie.. some like SC just use eggwhites and flax.. experiment and find what u like
