    Summer Bulker, Help PLEASE!

    Meal 1 1.5 Cups of oatmeal, 5 egg whites, 2 cups of orange juice....?

    Meal 2 2 cans of tuna, 1 tablespoon of mayonaise, 2 tablespoon PB, 1 glass of milk

    Meal 3 1 salmon fillet, 1 glass of milk, 2 tablespoon of PB ?

    Meal 4 1 Cup of brown rice, 1 cup of oatmeal, Yogurt

    Work Out

    PWO Cytogainer

    Meal 5- Chicken Breast, 1 cup of oatmeal

    Meal 6(before bed) 2 tablespoon peanut butter, 2 glasses milk

    Approx..4550 Calories, 141 g of Fat(cant be good)...425 g of C....324 g Protein

    Current weight 140. Trying to bulk to 160 but i dont want a dirty bulk. Much help needed

    May want to check out the bulking sticky

    Hey man,
    I am not too experienced with bulking, but I noticed that you havent included any veggies in there and wouldnt the morning oj with those carbs be a no no?? Take a look at the bulking sticky would be my advice, I know the cutting one worked very very well for me.

    before bed i do salmon, eggwhites and a veggie.. some like SC just use eggwhites and flax.. experiment and find what u like

    theres no way that 4550 cals
