    A litle help! my hunger is on a rebound...

    I did this dnp cyckle couple a weeks ago. Now my bf% has gotten lower but i,ve been having this rebound hunger ever since.. Usually this hunger goes away after couple of weeks but i,m afraid this time it wont i,m a diabetic type one so i,ve been eating without taking the dosage on insulin needed. this has made my body just piss out the carbs and therefore i,ve avoided ganing weight.

    my problem is this is not healthy at all. I want to get rid of this hunger i have. how is it possible? am i doomed to gain the weight back or can i get by it in some way with hardcore kardio or something.....

    Instead of DNP and unhealthy drug usage, try to make fitness a lifestyle and utilize a sound dietary approach so you are eating what you need for your goals, utilize cardio, working out, etc.

    oki then.. but any ideas of how to get rid of this rebound hunger?

    Cardio can help bring your appetite down... I find PM cardio keeps mine reasonable at night without too many thermogenics. There are a lot of safer options than DNP... like Ephedrine, Caffeine, Guarana, Dexatrim... some use Nicotine gum.

    But like SwoleCat already mentioned, you have to look at food in a new light - with a goal-orientated outlook. Food is simply a substance to help you meet your goals. If you overfill your car's gas tank - you will have a mess of unused gas... if you pour sand in your tank - it will misfire and fuk up the engine. Same shit...

    I've never used DNP and never will, but sometimes willpower and focusing on your goals can work wonders.

    hoodia from swansonsvitimans works wonders, it says take 2 before each meal.. take 4 and not be able to eat ur next meal
