    East Indian Food

    Hello guys,

    Its a stupid question but I will ask any way . Is there anyway or any information about how to calculate calories ,fat and carbs in east indian food. my wife uses olive oil to cook but it got lot of spices and onion, tomato and stuff

    Ask her exactly what's in it and calculate each ingredient individually. In most cases East Indian food is going to have protein, fats, and carbs which usually isn't good for a cutting diet but to each their own.

    Too hard being that there could be all kinds of stuff in the food, and everyone prepares it diff. Stone's suggestion is the best to get an idea.
