    rotisorised chicken? good or not good?

    i def spelled the word wrong but what do u guys think of it good or bad for a source of lean protein?

    i tear up rotisserie chickens all the time. if your worried about too much fat just eat the breasts but theres nothing wrong with eating a whole chicken. you can remove the skin also.

    i always annihilate the rotissarie chickens at sams club. 1 chicken for 5.39 total with tax = some bomb shiiiiiiit.

    You can get some very tasty ones at sams club for like 4-5 bucks...the whole chicken.

    i try to stay away from em

    cus i could stop at the breast....but those mofo's taste GOOD. I usually eat all the not so lean meat :P
