McDonalds Shake or Muscle Juice
I compared facts and they seem pretty close atleast i think. Are they really that similar, if so mine as well hit up Micky D's. I want to get muscle juice but if no better than a fast food shake prolly not worth it. Let me know if there is something i dont understand why they are diff if they are. Heres the info

I don't think its even a question....55gr protein in muscle juice vs. 16 gr. for mcd's. Sugars 60 vs 100 gr in mcd's.

The thing is that is actually 2 shakes for muscle juice, you cant get 4 scoops in one shake, so muscle juice serving would actually be half those stats.

See the thing is I am tryin to put on a bunch of weight quick. I havent been able to eat for over a week because my wisdom teeth swelled up so i lost like 12 pounds. I wanna put it back on fast whether there is some fat gain also or not.
Sidenote- who eats tubs of ice cream jello, pudding, double cheeseburgers because theyre mushy and losses weight, its nuts.

i got my nose broke back in january and couldnt eat for a couple weeks, my whole face hurt when i tried to bite down the slightest bit on anything. plus in a bad mood about being kicked in the face and having my wallet stolen. anyway before that happened i was bigger than i had ever been...without juice. now im back and a little biggert than that but it took a good 3-4 months, i dont thinkputting on "weight" will help too much. yeah us skinny guys have more freedom in what we eat but still gotta be a little smart about it and i dont think making a mcdonalds shake part of your regimine is the way...unless its a cheat meal or cheat day or whatever.

Well i guess i will go with the muscle juice as my PWO Shake it does have ALOT less cholesterol, which i need to be low.

you didnt mention it being a pwo shake dude. i would say definitely not use that as pwo. you would be better off with a plain whey shake and then eating something like an hour later. if thats a weight gainer shake do not take it pwo, eat it like before bed or sometime during the day

Not even a comparison. I wouldnt have a McDonalds shake if someone paid me, sure you wanna put on weight but its just gonna be fat. Whats the point in that?
