    Question Cutting diet need suggestions

I recently acomplished my goal of reaching 200lbs without ading too much fat ( i got advise for that diet here too ) and i'm now 205, 5'8 and not sure about bf% but i think it's around 17% or so. I wanna start cutting now and i came up with a diet but i'm not sure if it will be good enough so please feel free to suggest any improvements.
    9:00 am protein shake
10:00am 6 eggs 1 cup of oatmeal(with lowfat milk) 2 wheat toasts and multivitamin
1:00 7oz chicken breast and 1 serving of mixed veggies
4:00 post workout shake with maltodextrin
6:00 7 oz of chicken breast and 1 serving of wheat pasta
8:30 7 oz of chicken breast and 1 serving of mixed veggies
11:00 6 eggs with one serving of mozarella cheese and flax oil

    protein 320 carbs 150

Any opinions? is it enough food? i wanna get as much definition as i can but i don't wanna sacrifice my hard earned muscle. Thanks

    Hey man,
You may want to refer to the cutting sticky. I just followed that exact diet and managed to drop about 15 pounds in a month in a half or so. I wasn't even hungry all that much either. Those oats really gave me a full feeling. I have been told no milk at all, fat free or whatever is a no no. I'm just about your weight now also.
    thanks

yea cutting is 90% mental, following whatever diet you choose, the rest will fall in place

anyone can follow a diet, unless your a b1tch like 90% of humans

but good luck, if your losing too fast add more calories and vice verca
