I know "whole" foods are best but, in the morning I find it hard sometimes to down solid food so I drink this in the morning. Usually 1 then 1 hr later another on some days:

shake 1:
virgin olive oil, Milk, PB, banana, egg beaters, protein

shake 2:
egg beaters, protein, oats, banana, yogurt, milk


Those are basically whole foods anyway right, so I should be OK....??? I mean it could be worse right? I pretty much got carbs/fat seperated...??
