Alright first of all i'm currently at 165, bodyfat is around 15-17% and this is the bulker i've been working on. I know it's summer now but i want to add some quality muscle before starting a cutter. Please tell me what u guys think.
Meal 1
4 egg whites, 1 scoop of protein, 110 gr oats and 5g of creatine
Meal 2
200gr of bonless skinless chicken breast and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese or swiss cheese
Meal 3
200gr of lean ground beef and 100 gr of pasta
Meal 4
2 cans of tuna with a tablespoun of mayonaise and a salad
WORKOUT
Right after weight training and before cardio 30ml of Liquid amino acids
Meal 5 PWO
2 Scoops of protein, 5g of Creatine and 80g of dextrose
Meal 6 PPWO
200gr of chicken breast with 110gr of oats, mixed with some sugar free jam or some sugar free sauce
Meal 7
100gr of fish witha a tbls peanut butter
Meal 8
4 Egg Whites and 1 scoop of Whey protein with 30ml of liquid amino acids and a tablsp olive oil.
According to my almanac this is about 3100-3200 cals.
I usually use whey protein low in carbs and fat as i prefer to take these nutrients from food than supplements.
My current Training rutine is 2on 1off.
Also doing cardio 3 times a week 30-35 minutes each.
I'm thinking of adding no-xplode into my diet, to give me some extra energy before gym...I was also told from a <<Guru>> today that in my bulker i should include lipo-6!?? Why is that? He said that this will keep fat gain in a minimum, is that right?
what do u guys think?
