    my 2 months progress... check it out still need help thuogh...



    im not satisfied with my results yet and im about to go on my first cyp cycle with dbols tuesday... my problem is that i cannot get rid of my lower stomach and a little bit of my love handles to go away... my lower stomach is really bad cuz if u look at a profile of my it sticks out... what do u guys suggest? that lipoderm stuff by advent?

    Are u bulking or cutting?

    Which one is before/after?

    Why are you using AAS? How old are ya brutha, you are no where near ready for
    exogenous supplementation.

    im gonna be doing a clean bulk while on and im still gonna be doing morning cardios cause i want to get rid of this stomach fat...

    Okie dokie.

    You'd be far better off NOT doing steroids as your physique does not appear anywhere near ready for that type of thing. Not a slam on you at all, just being real.

    Secondly, being this is the DIET forum, you should lay out your dietary approach for training days and non-training days so people here can critique it and help you.

    Just some suggestions.

    whats wrong with cardio while on cyp and dbols... im doing 10 weeks of cyp and first 2 weeks of dbols

    with my diet.. honestly i dont kno how you guys plan out everything before you eat and the exact times... what i do is i try to eat every 3-4 hours lean protein... carbs after my morning cardio and after my workout... natty pb and such for fat a few hours before bed..

    its to hard for me to try and macro out everything i eat... am i serious about bodybuilding? definitly and i know plenty of guys that are huge that dont macro out what they eat and some of them even eat shit iunno how...

    but i believe that as long as i have it close to what a 'perfect diet' looks like then ill be fine... but this is what i did today and plan on doing as the day goes...

    morning cardio then
    1/2 cup of oat meal, 1 scoop of whey, 4 egg whites, 1 load of whole wheat breadhttp://forums.steroid.com/editpost.php?do=editpost&p=2800964

    21/2 hours later- grilled chicken breast, salad with a little balsamic vin.

    3 hours later - Can of tuna

    work out

    1 1/2 scoop of whey, 1/2 cup of oats, (out of dextrose but i usually put 1/2 a scoop of that and sometimes a tsp of creatine and a banana.)

    1 1/2 hours after PWO- lean protein. cup of veggies, carbs

    before bed- natty PB, nuts, cottage cheese

    and while im on my cycle im still gonna stick to a diet like this and add a little more whole foods and such but this is what my diet usually looks like...

    Doesn't look like your eating enough to me. Also meals 2 & 3 are just protein w/o a good fat or carb source.

    That's a horrid layout and a horrid outlook as to what it takes to achieve a great body. However, since you mentioned you know so many people who half ass their approaches, perhaps they can help you. That's not how I work, so I'm afraid I'm of no use to you here.

    Which pic is before/after. You're truly thinking of using aas with that diet? I'd rethink your whole approach as SC has already stated.

    Man, you've made great gains cutting, but I think maybe you should take Swole's advice and lay off the AAS. It's your world, though.
