Sorry if this is and old post...I couldn't find it anyway.
Just saw that Perricone guy on T.V. and he guaranteed a 10lb. fat loss if you are carrying excess fat and drink coffee and you substitute green tea for the coffee....10lbs. in 6 weeks....
He said something in the coffee other than the caffeine made blood sugar fluctuate,etc. He wasn't knocking the caffeine...just the coffee as Green tea has caffeine..
Anyone have or tried something similar or have similar results. Suggest green tea over coffee?
