Please review my diet and let me know of any ideas to improve fat loss....but maintain or maybe increase LBM while on AAS
Currently 6'0 215 11-12% BF down from 227 (6-week Clen cycle)BF ???
Still trying to cut down to about 205-208 in next four weeks......
On fourth day/shot of Tren/Prop 50mg/80mg ED.
My muscles are flat right now from the 6-week clen cutter and being sick form test flu first two days, so I am hoping to keep a fuller look on AAS.....
7:00AM cardio 40-45 min 4-5 days/week, sometimes another 20-25 minutes PWO cardio....may change to morning cardio 6 days a week and second session 2-3 days week.........too much?? Walk my dog or on treadmill at 65-70 MHR
8:15 48 g whey, 1/2 to 3/4 cup oats
10:30 lean protein/flaxseed oil
1:00-1:15 lean pro/broccoli
4:00-4:15 Lean pro/30 gram multi grain bread/broccoli
7:15 PWO 50g whey 40g oats 40g dextrose or just 80g dextrose
9:15-9:30 lean protein/multi grain (30g) bread
11:00 Bedtime
Non workout days drop PWO shake for a pro/EFA
Macros:
250-275 Protein 1000-1100 calories
180g carbs Workout days 100 g non workout days 720-400 calories
50-75 g fat 450-675 calories
Total Calories: workout days 2170-2495
non-workout days 1850-2175
Cheat meal usually pizza once a week.
Should I eat more/less while on Tren/Prop.
