    Chest Fat, how DO YOoouu rid???

    does anyone have a problem with chest fat???? BF% in the chest is a bitch!!!!! i hope this thread can be filled with tips, hints, and advice on what kind of diets and/or workouts can reduce this or concentrate on depleting BF% from the chest.

    how much fat do you have there? in another post i was reading, they were talkin about puttin preperation h on your skin to reduce a little bit of fat.

    it may be gyno if its THAT bad....but there is no such thing as "spot reduction"....if it is just fat(and people do hold fat in different places), then get your bf % low enough so this is not an issue

    totally, I'm not fat by any means, but when I'm holding a little extra my freaking nipples show it....hate this, they are pointy, instead of round.

    sounds like gyno to me. have you read about it in the steroid forum? do a search, there are literally hundreds of posts about whether a certain case is gyno or not. i know they talk about natural gyno but not as much, obviously

    Overall reduction in bodyfat is the only way.

    Prep-H does not remove fat, it dries out some sub-q water that comes back a few hours later.

    whoa whoa no , i dont got tits!!! i just c a lot of people askin how to rid bla bla as if their is a magical workout that targets it!

    i actually started for my bud who i got to try yohimburn es..he got pepperoni nipple syndrome....i got sum meat, but i got a pretty tuff lookin chest so i dont stress....

    but its good to know tips on how to help it.....afterall....we just want to be swole like swolecat one day....JUKNOW??

    It will go away with the rest of the fat, it just takes time, I had that problem, people often use gyno as an excuse, when they should get more leaner

    ya i have been totally lean and flat, **** up diet, and boom, soft and pudgy with muscle n toneness but...not what i want ...so CHEERS TO YOU BOR....you on my page

    And the worst thing is you could see them through my shirts, it always pissed me off, but its just the way your body stores fat, DIET/CARDIO and you'll be golden!

    ya it sucks.... my chest doesn not get the compliments it should because with a shirt on it looks lilke tits....but when i sport a beater or am cold....my buddys liek god dam ur chest is big!

    but it is pudge on bottom.....hmm....currently on Superdrol....maybe after pct, or during will run a t3/clen combo

    Per week : 6 days of cardio, 6 days of the gym, 3 days of boxing and a diet which was based on everything you read in the AR diet forum, thanks

    right on.....did you run in mornin?? or after workouts/?? im tryin to do a 3 day cardio, 4 day lifting....but not fittin too well with schedule

    The cardio was bike or stepper in the morning, empty stomach with ECA

    Didn't do any cardio after workouts, I tried ti keep them really short and to the point, 30-45 min, since I was exhausted
