Just interested in how much water everyone drinks a day. I used to drink nothing but pop, coffee, tea. I have really tried to put emphasis on drinking more water. I am drinking about 1.5 gallons right now.

1-1.5g a day here, sometimes more.

2 gallons a day, and like 32 ounces powderade, and around half gallon of green tea.
1 gallon is usually enough for me. 1.5 somedays. I just listen to my body.

i litre in the morning after cardio, 1 liter with ever meal after that, and 1 litre with my pm traing....gives me at least 8 everday...but i think 6 litres is plenty...
around 4 liters or so. I drink enough to keep my piss clear and colorless all day.
1 gallon minimum for me. On training days that usually increases because of expenditure.

I've never calculated my water intake I just make sure to always have my Nalgene bottle on me with some ice cold water in it. Probably fill it up 5 or 6 times a day depending on my workout schedule, how hot/humid it is, and how much sodium i've taken in throughout the day.

lots, it has been around 100 degrees the last two days here. would guess around 2-3 gallons. this aint right for colorado
