    Depending on your stats, you did say your bulking so I don't think that 26g of fat is too much. Again it depends on what your amounts need to be. 26g would be fine for me when I bulk. Its all good fat anyway.

    ditch the tuna in veggie oils. The oils they use in those cans are PURE AND UTTER SHIT. Get tuna in water and add flax or olive oil. Never buy that crap.

    haha yeah what johan said, but don't "freak out" just finish what you have or toss it, it isn't that expensive.

    I like Chicken of the Sea light Chunk Tuna in water......only 2g of fat per can.

    I agree with Johan, Just buy tuna in water. Avoid Tuna in Broth or Oil. 26 g of fat is way to much. god knows how old that oil and crap that oil is. Tuna and water bro.
