i have actually tried this concotion and it is not half bad. you have to get the grits just right or it turns out pretty shitty, the key is the tubberware container he puts over the top, it helps keep the moisture in.

i think he was actually bulking, i know that ronnie only eats 4 or so meals a day, kind of a change from cutlers 7-8 meals.
