    Carbs and Training/Not Training

I was curious. I searched and couldnt really find and answer.

My diet changes on Training days vs Non Training days. But my question is.

right now or When ever i have exams. I'm not doing much. I.E

    7 Am Cardio

    8 Pro/Carb
    Study sitting down

    meals in between

    3pm gym

the thing is though when studying I'm just kind of sitting around not doing any thing (Other than training and cardio) after a meal say at 12pm ( 5.5oz chicken and rice 1 cup) i feel bloated. So i will pace in my room for a bit. Before Sitting down. Is this okay? or should i just eat. this could also apply to office jobs as well.

    Goal: Lean Mass

    Thanks Faiz

the only time i get simple carbs is PWO. on non training days there isnt a PWO meal obviously so that is my only change really. I like pro/carb for the majority of my meals during the day, which consist of whole wheat bread(sometimes), potatos and sweet potatos. Why not switch to a lower GI carb source. Simple carbs tend to bloat me as well, whole grain and low GI carbs dont bloat me really at all.

what's the question, is it ok for you to stroll arond after eating? I don't see why not but I don't see it benefiting you in any way either. As long as you eat the appropriate amounts of macros/meal then there shouldn't be a problem. If rice bloats you, switch to yams, potatoes, or oats.

As long as you don't spike your insulin with simple carbs etc you will not put on unwanted fat as long as your caloric intake along with various other things are in check... Eat balanced meals throughout the day prot/carbs/fat and you'll do fine.. you have a good base from your avatar, just keep researching and dial it all in.
