How much sodiom is too much when on test E?

To control water retention I'm keeping my sodiom low. For occasional carbs, I eat seven grain whole wheat bread which has 180mgs a slice. I'll eat 4 slices (that 720 mgs of sodiom). Would this be too much? If not, what would be considered too much? Anyone know?

THe main thing with water retention and sodium isnt necessarily to keep your sodium levels ridiculously low....the key is keeping sodium levels stable and pretty much the same everyday. You would get more bloat from a SPIKE in sodium than you woudl get from a consistent high amoutn of sodium on a day to day basis

My carbs are every three days so that's not a stable in a day to day sense. Yet, it's probably not an issue right?

No 720mg's is not much of a difference in sodium.....if you had an extra 2-3g or so in a day then you would probably get some bloat. You oculd add some extra salt or have a few pickle slices to even things out though if you are worried about it...pickles have no calories

B6, D-root, plenty of water would be a good way to keep bloating down.

You're going to bloat on that regardless, it's just part of the game.

I heard that whole wheat bread can make some people bloat. Is that true?

Bread in and of itself (gluten) can do that, yes. Pasta as well.

U can use B-6 and D-Root daily if you wish being that they are natural supps.

They work for some better than others though.

That's too bad. Seven grain whole wheat is one of the only foods I looked forward to every 3rd or 4th day. Oh well, I still got my natural peanut butter to look forward too. I guess I can substitute gluten with oatmeal and/or brown rice?
