calorie breakdown???
how much fat,carbs and protein should you get throughout the day if your a weightlifter??

Depends on what you want to do! are you trying to Cut or BulK? once you pick check out the Sticky at the top and it will tell you how to figure out what you need for your body type and size!

You will want to peruse the "HOW TO BULK" important post atop this page, also known as a "STICKY". From there you would construct an approach, present that approach here in the form of a post, and ask for a critique by the members here.
