    My diet. Please criticise!

Just been suggested that I should post my diet to give people a chance to give positive / negative feedback to it, please make suggestions.

Meal 1 - Toasted oats with banana, raisins and pineapple, 24g protein & milk
    - 1 litre carton of pineapple and lemon juice

Meal 2 - Wholegrain bagels with seed, covered with garlic and herb cream cheese

Meal 3 - Will vary daily but consist of white meat i.e chicken & salad wrapped in torteillas

Meal 4 - Wholegrain pasta, tuna (protein amount 24g) and small amount of salad cream

Meal 5 - Totally dependant on the chef, but always healthy, natural and fresh

Meal 6 - Just before bed whilst reviewing e-mails i will drink 4 pints of milk over about an hour with a greek yoghurt and honey

Also will have a carton of fruit juice throughtout my workout and I try to drink 2 litres of water a day.

Drop the milk at night and have a couple of cans of tuna with some flax seed oil. Theres alot you need to change in that diet. I'm assuming your trying to gain quality weight and not just fat.Go to the diet section and check out some of the meal plans there. Good luck bro

forget the fruit juice, and if u are going to drink nything during your workout make it BCAA's. in any case i suggest you look at the bulking sticky and try to redo the diet. remember protein in every meal and avoid combining fat and carbs. and stay as far away as you can from simple sugars, unless you are using them PWO, which you aren't as of now.

I read your thread in the steroid forum about your oral only cycle of D-bol, and you took none of the suggestions given to you about NOT doing that. If you are afraid of needles, AAS are not for you. They aren't for you anyhow considering you are brand new to training. Couple that with this dietary layout and you are in a world of hurt.

    I don't miss much here.

So there are no positive points about this diet, as it is a combination that suits me from a wide range of resources that I have researched which has suggested such meals.

Sorry I forget to list my stats and goals.

I am 6 foot at 11 stone and 6 lbs, find it really hard to pack onsize especially onto the arms. So am looking to really bulk up.

There is no way I could do 8 meals a day. I find it hard enough with 6. THanks anyway can certainly use some elements.

np, thats what its there for. but figure, these arent huge meals. its the same amount of food as 6, just smaller portions. your cal intake stays the same..... take that info, alter it to your caloric intake and any other special needs and repost it for these guys to check out.....

you can get them from any nutritional website. go to swole's i'm sure his endorses them. it is a combination of essential amino acids that will help spare your muscle while cutting. they work well for me, it was just a suggestion.

Bishop, I will defend Swole here, Young people look at swole and admire him you are correct there. Let me rant a bit

    1) Swole is not a chemist, Read his Sig. Nutrional/Training INFO ONLY
    2) Swole did not diss him, This has been going on since his oral only cycle cyle 2 days ago. We gave advice he didnt listen
    3) Swole Critqued his diet and told him its not up to par, if you fix you can gain with out gear.

    4) ORAL ONLY IS SAFER THEN INJECTIONS?? DONT GET ME STARTED YOU HAVE 3 FU**ING POST, DONT START.

MOD's why give advice if thickhead, ignorant people will do what they want

I puprose a motion for locking... ALL IN FAVOR?
