Fat Burning On Treadmill
What Can I Do To Safely Burn Fat And Not Muscle On The Treadmill,is It As Easy As Selecting The Fat Burning Mode.
AND ARE SPRINTS THE BEST AND MOST EFFECTIVE FOR SHREDDING WITH DIET

if you go in the morning on an empty stomach you need to go at about 60-70% of your MHR. find this by taking 220 - your age * .60 (if you are going at 60%. if you don't have a way to monitor that go at a pace at which you could carry on a conversation pretty well. but you would struggle to sing a song. (find some middle ground). and sprinting is good, but in the morning on empty is only a sure way to lose muscle. go in teh evening about 1.5 hours after eating for a better fat burning environment with sprints.

i like doing intervals on the treadmill for about 30-45min. tops... seems to work pretty well for me

For lipolysis (using stored fat for fuel) 65-75% of your MHR for 40-45 minutes works very well.
