Have been back on an off season diet for about 2-3 weeks since my competing is done for the year, but i have a couple of problems!
1. Everytime i eat carbs i start to burn up afterwards (never used DNP for contest prep). Sweats last for anywere from 2-20mins!?
2. My abs have been continually sore since i went back on the diet, however i am not getting a distended abdomen.
3. Hunger is uncontrollable! am waking at least 2 times a night to eat! Am consuming around 6000 cal min everyday.
Any ideas/advice?
