Costco Salmon
Do any of you guys know the nutritional info on the salmon they sell at Costco?
Precisely, whether or not the Atlantic salmon they sell is fresh or farmed. According to my fitday and calorie king searches it makes a difference to the amount of fat in the fish?
Thanks guys.

i dont buy my salmon from grocery stores or from costco anymore, because they dye the fish to make it that orange color. salmon isnt that color naturally. go to a fish market, ask to see real salmon. totally different. must be better for you as well..check it out!
