    Grits

    Just needed to know if this food is a good source of carbs while on a clean bulk....also, I was reading that high fiber foods such as whole wheat products can lower the body's rate at producing testosterone, and that white rice, white bread, etc. is a more test. raising food...is this true? thanks guys

    haha, not just white bread it said anythin hi gi raises test....I read it in muscle and fitness, and I guess that says it all...i should know better!

    hey ronnie eats them and hes a pretty big guy but probabley yo need to mix them with some grams of AAS to get the same effect as him
