    Cal Off Season Diet

    6'1"
    15% B.F(or so, 3-5% accurate.)
    LOOKING TO ADD SIZE AND STREGNTH, AROUND 1-2LBS A WEEK HOPEFULLY...

    Coming off my first competition and looking to start bulking again
    Following the below diet and going on a short heavy cycle of AAS and slin and possibly starting use of VIT B12 next month, what you think of my diet:

    06:30
    10G GLUTAMINE
    30MIN CARDIO

    MEAL 1 - 07:00
    100G OATS
    12 EGG WHITES
    2 YOLKS
    1 BANNANA


    MEAL 2 - 10:00
    1+1/2 TINS TUNA
    50G BROWN RICE
    1 CUP BROCCILLI

    MEAL 3 - 12:30
    200G TURKEY
    100G OATS/BROWN RICE
    1/2 TIN BAKED BEANS
    7 X UXB AMINO CAPS.

    MEAL 4 - 14:30
    4 EGG WHITES
    4 EGGS
    1 BANNANA

    MEAL 5 - 16:30 PRE WORKOUT
    200G TURKEY
    200G BAKED POTATOE
    7 X UXB AMINO CAPS.

    WORKOUT 17:00 - 18:00

    IF I GET HUNGRY BETWEEN MEALS THROUGH THE DAY I WILL HAVE A PROTEIN SHAKE OR SOME MORE FOOD, THIS IS HAPPENING A LOT THOUGH? ANY IDEAS WHY? I AM EATING EVERYTIME I GET HUNGRY.

    ALSO I OFTEN WAKE IN THE NIGHT HUNGRY, I HAVE BEEN HAVING SOME COTTAGE CHEESE OR SOME MEAT, IF I DON'T EAT I CANNOT GET BACK TO SLEEP!

    I DON'T REALLY MIND GETTING A BIT OUT OF SHAPE OFF SEASON AS IT WORKS FOR ME IN TERMS OF ADDING LBM. ITS HOW I LOOK ONSTAGE NEXT YEAR THATS IMPORTANT IMO! I STICK TO THIS DIET PRETTY RIDGIDLY BUT IF I FEEL LIKE FAST FOOD (ONCE A WEEK TOPPS!)OR DESERT I WILL HAVE SOME. MY APPROACH IS TO BE MORE CONCERNED WITH GETTING LOTS OF PROTEIN AND CALORIES IN. THE ABOVE DIET IS WHAT I WILL EAT EVERY DAY WITHOUT FAIL, BUT I MAY ADD IN MORE FOOD SOME DAYS IF IM HUNGRY OR JUST TO BUMP UP CALORIES AND PROTEIN.
