    stupid question...

After you grill lean beef patties on the grill, does this change the nutritional facts? For example, if there are 360 calories in one patty when you buy it, is there still the same amount of cals after you grill it?

    Thanks,
    MS

i would think it would change slightly. when you grill it, some of the fat is going to naturally cook off. i don't think it's going to be anything too substantial though.

well if its some of the fat and 1 gram of fat is 9 cals, that could substantially change the caloric intake of the meat. On average, whats the macros for 6oz of:
    Lean Steak
    White Chicken
    Lean Fish
