whole wheat bagel w/egg whites for breakfast..
Hey guys, I am currently doing a clean bulk right now, and was wondering if the carbs I consume for breakfast from a toasted whole wheat bagel are ok carbs or crap carbs for my body..i usually have about 10 egg whites and a toasted whole wheat bagel..is this breakfast ok?

i usually have a whole wheat bagel a couple days out of the week when bulking, the rest is oatmeal. I really don't see a problem with it.

they are not the best choice for carbs as they are processed....but i guess its ok for a pro/carb meal...but personally id go with some oats my man

i use to have the whole wheat bagles
just make sure they are real whole wheat bagels
most stores just mis the bagel mix w/ the wheat stuff
