Just eat normal dextrose. There is very minimal amounts in equal packets...Go to the Bulk store buy the 500ct box, and enjoy.
Or take 50-100g simple sugars and don't worry about equal.

anything with simple sugars. shit..i just eat some frosted flakes or fruit loops, anything loaded with sugar and no fat. quick absorbtion..plus i get to 'cheat' once a day. and when glycogen levels are low...there is nothing better than frosted flakes mixed with a vanilla shake <---that's my ''milk''. i finish the bowl in like 60 seconds.

well papa many disagree with you on that. fructose is a simple sugar but how many people you see buying fructose to put in their post workout shakes. Also, your frosted flakes doens't have dextrose or maltodextrin in it, it contains high fructose corn syrup, sugar, and salt. If im correct fructose replenishes liver glycogen levels and dextrose and maltodextrin restores muscle glycogen levels. Is there a particular reason that you use high fructose corn syrup and sugar to restore your liver glycogen levels and not your muscle glycogen levels or is this just the product of poor studies or rather a nonchalant dont give a shit attitude?

Whatever floats your boat. As long as I keep seeing results, I'll keep doin it.
I offset sodium intake with potassium caps. I am only having 30g or 3/4 cup . I am not bulking, so any glycogen is useful to me. Thanks for the tip tho!
