I realize morning cardio should be done on an empty stomach and that you should not lift without a meal before. My question is that i only have time to go to the gym once per day. Either before work at 5:30 am.. which means i can do cardio on an empty stomach but have to lift on empty also. Or i can go after work and lift which I'll have had a meal prior to and do cardio after that. Which is best? Any advice appreciated I'm following the cutting sticky.
