    quick question

    I realize morning cardio should be done on an empty stomach and that you should not lift without a meal before. My question is that i only have time to go to the gym once per day. Either before work at 5:30 am.. which means i can do cardio on an empty stomach but have to lift on empty also. Or i can go after work and lift which I'll have had a meal prior to and do cardio after that. Which is best? Any advice appreciated I'm following the cutting sticky.

    it seems to me that you actually have time to go twice a day bro, in the moring and then after work

    Go before and do cardio then go after and workout.

    You listed 2 available times to go to the gym, so make use of both of them for maximum results.
