    MRP Recommendations

I'm into my 4th week of 400mg Test E/week and strength gains have shot up but my weight hasn't moved in two weeks. I'm at about 4500 cals/day broken up over 8 meals, roughly 35%P(2x bodyweight), 45%C, 20%F. I started at about 183lbs. and now at 195lbs. with around 12% BF. I can't stomach much more food can anyone recommend a MRP to throw in there, I've heard alot about Muscle Milk but it seems pretty high in sat. fat. I'm now just taking ON Whey. Thanks.

Eat solid food, just buckle down and do it. You made the decision to take aas, so it seems like you should man up and eat. Your stomach will stretch and you'll get used to it.

If you must use a meal replacement: Grind up some oats in a coffee grinder and mix with your whey in appropriate macros. Others don't feel the need to grind up the oats, but it helps me get them down.
