How to I keep gains after bulking?
6'/182/BF-13-15%/32 years old/endo
Want to add some mass for a few months with propor diet and about 32-3400 calories. I will do this for 6-8 weeks and wanted to know how long I should maintain my "post bulk" weight before I start to lower calories to cut.

The best way to preserve muscle during a cut is to lower your calories slowly. Drop them 200/week until you get to your target cal range. You want about 12cal/1lb LBM when cutting. So say your going from 3400-2200 you want to lower your cals gradually every week. Also PWO nutrition is very important, be sure to include a whey/dex shake PWO to spare muscle loss.

as long as your diet is right on, you shouldn't have an issue. just keep calories at your LBM maintenance for a few weeks and lower it a little week by week until you're about 300 or so under. you should already be seeing great results just with your diet. then include cardio for a few weeks and you should be set.
