I do my workout in the Morning and in the evening I do a cardio activity 5 days a week. Im tryin to gain lean muscle and was just wondering if my diet is in check.

I previously posted a similar question and have made changes from the advice I was given.

8:00 Pro/ Carb
Egg whites/oats/ scoop of whey

10:00 Pro/Carb
Chicken/ rice

11:00 Workout

12:00 Pro/ Carb
Dex, whey

1.30: Pro/ Carb
Chicken/rice

3.30 Pro/Fat
Tuna and mayo

6:00 BCAA's/L Glutamine

6.30 Cardio
(Grappling, Boxing etc)

9:00 Pro/Fat
shake with flax

11:00
Chicken and coleslaw

I was wondering by fasting of about 3 hours after my last pro/carb meal, would my evening cardio be effective at burning fat? Also is it correct in sticking with pro/fat meals after my cardio. Thanks
