Need help with Diet
This is my diet as of now. I'm 20 years old 262lbs 28% body fat. (just started working out recently)
During the day I take 600 mg's of NAC 3g's of flax seed and 350 mg's of milk thistle
8:30 3 eggs on whole wheat breadI have just ordered liquid egg whites and will be substituting hopefully)
Calories: 390
Total Fat: 16.5 grams
Sat Fat: 4.5 grams
Protein: 26 grams
total carb = 37 grams

12:30 99% fat free yogurt
calories: 170
Total fat: 1.5 grams
sat fat: 1 gram
Protein: 5 grams
total carbs: 33 grams

2:30 protein shake with oatmeal:
calories = 410
total fat = 4 grams
sat fat = 1.5 grams
protein = 52 grams
total carbs = 41 grams

4:30 a chicken salad sandwich (less fat mayo on whole wheat bread)(I will be cutting this out for a canned chicken)
7:30 start workout on workout days
8:30 creatine right after work out

9:30 protein shake with oatmeal
calories = 410

I'm looking to get on a good and steady diet... Something I can do everyday. Any suggestions on how I can improve it? Does it look bad as of now??Last edited by embalmer; 06-28-2006 at 03:55 PM.

bro, you need to put some values for the food, aka protein/carbs/calories.
also, even if your trying to lose weight, that is not near enough calories for a guy your size. i can tell by just looking at the food.

Go with the cutting sticky. Figure out what your maintenance level is and drop the cals accordingly. It will be easier to critique if you put up values like copenhagen said. Check out the sticky, then if you have quesitons, let us know.

bro, thats not even 1500 calories! your gonna lose the muscle you have if you follow that diet! get to the cutting sticky right away man,
