You have to be careful, raw eggs carry the bacteria Samonella, which can be fatal in certain cases, but usually requires hospitalization and treatment. Drink egg beaters if you're going to drink them raw.

I'm going to be drinking pasteurized egg whites... you should look into it, they are safe to drink... they are egg whites that were heated up a bit.

I had trouble digesting raw egg whites. They have this pasturized stuff in a carton. Its a lot easier on the gut. Egg whites = snot.

raw eggs are ok but u shudnt consume just the whites alone.. they have a high affinity to binding to biotin which will prevent ur body from utilizing it and put u into a deficiency.. make sure u get the whole egg raw.. and its slim to none u will get salamanella but w/e

no salmonella is in all eggs and on chicken its just that there a different strains of it that effect people and make them sick...unless you have like aids or are 100 years old dont worry about raw eggs... you can always just get eggbeateers from any store but there not really worth it when a carton of eggs is a buck.how long does it take to scramble eggs 2 minutes. wake up 2 minutes early

Your body cannot digest raw eggs, they must be heated or pasteurized. You can buy 100% pasteurized liquid eggwhites and get more information about them at www.eggwhitesint.com You can also go to Publix like I do and buy the 32oz of 100% pasteurized liquid eggwhites for about $3.00 which I believe is actually cheaper.
