    Need diet advise for a current cycle

    I am trying to put together a diet for a cycle I am on. I want some advise on if I am eating correctly or not enough and/or what you would chnage. Now please consider, I don't really have a bunch of time to measure out food, and I eat about the same thing each day.

    Here is my stats:

    32 years old, 238 lbs, 19%bf. Training since I was 16. Done several cycles over the past 15 years. I have some nice mass, but I want to add more mass and lose body fat at the same time.

    My training is as follows:

    Cardio always done after weights

    Mon 30 min of Cardio
    Tues Back and 30 min of Cardio
    Wed 30 min of Cardio
    Thur Shoulders and 30 min of Cardio
    Fri Legs and 30 min of Cardio
    Sat Chest and 30 min of Cardio
    Sun Arms/Abs and 30 min of Cardio

    Goal: To continue to add mass and reduce body fat to 10%.- Not over night, but over the next year. I would like to do a contest next year and want to start getting prepared now.

    Here is what my diet consists of:

    Meal 1 Breakfast:

    1 cup of natural oatmeal w/ 1 cut up bananna for flavor
    3 egg whites.
    Supplements - 2g of glutamine, 2g of CLA, 2 g of Flax Seed oil.

    Meal 2 Snack:

    3 egg whites

    Meal 3 Snack:

    3 eggs whole

    Meal 4 Lunch:

    1 Chicken burrito- This is made with 2 Chicken Breast and low fat tortilla.

    Meal 5 Pre-workout:

    IsoPure Zero Carb Protien consisting of about 50g of protien.

    Meal 6 Post Workout:

    Nito-Tech Protien shake within 30 mins of workout.

    Meal 7:

    This varies but is usually 1 of the following:

    2 chicken breasts
    or
    2 16oz steaks
    or
    a piece of fish.... etc Mostly all protien.

    Sometimes I will have veggies or a yam with this meal but not often.

    Cycle Info-In case you want/need to know:

    1-12wk 400 mg Deca a week, but shot eod
    1-14wk 750 mg of Test Enth a week, but shot eod
    1-4wk 30 mg, of Dbol

    Your thoughts? If I need to eat more, what meals and what do you suggest.

I don't understand why you would consider doing a show if you don't have time to measure food while cutting. Just a thought, not a flame.

    Mon 30 min of Cardio
    Tues Back and 30 min of Cardio
    Wed 30 min of Cardio
    Thur Shoulders and 30 min of Cardio
    Fri Legs and 30 min of Cardio
    Sat Chest and 30 min of Cardio
    Sun Arms/Abs and 30 min of Cardio

    3 egg whites Don't eat protein alone as a rule of thumb. Make this either a pro/carb or pro/fat meal.

    Meal 3 Snack:

    3 eggs whole This is only 18 grams of protein. Seems like very little, even while cutting, for a guy your size.

    Meal 4 Lunch:

    1 Chicken burrito- This is made with 2 Chicken Breast and low fat tortilla. Choose a better source of complex carbohydrates. Tortillas are not a good choice. Oats/sweet potatoe/brown rice would all be acceptable.

    Meal 5 Pre-workout:

    IsoPure Zero Carb Protien consisting of about 50g of protien. Again, all protein meal. May work for you pre/workout, but I'd add either fats or carbs.

    Meal 6 Post Workout:

    Nito-Tech Protien shake within 30 mins of workout. Nitro-Tech is simply protein. If you're going to go the Nitro/Cell-Tech route, then use CELL-TECH with Nitro. The Cell-Tech is the dextrose and the Nitro is the protein. Or don't get ripped off and simply buy your dex for a dollar/pound not 35 dollars/pound that musceltech charges.

    Meal 7:

    This varies but is usually 1 of the following:

    2 chicken breasts Eat with some sort of carb
    or
    2 16oz steaks Poor choice PPWO. Even lean cuts have a lot of fat.
    or
    a piece of fish.... etc Mostly all protien. Poor choice PWO. Even lean cuts have a lot of fat as well. Use chicken/egg whites/tuna as your lean protein source. Save the fish for pro/fat meals.

    I can't tell you to eat more or less. You don't have the protein/carbs/fats calculated for the day, let alone every meal.

    IMO, you should not CONSIDER TOUCHING another cycle until your diet is perfect. This is about as far from perfect as it gets. Better than junk, but definately not good. Also, check out the cutting sticky. You are lacking several principles that are in the sticky that are important.

    Not a flame, at all, just seriously avoid the sauce for a while.
