    Odd Question

I guess this is the forum to ask this somewhat odd question.

While cutting and losing body fat, I notice a difference in my bowel movements. I notice that my stool tends to float on top of the water rather than sink to the bottom of the bowl. Is this fat waste that's floating? Also, the stool doens't seem to be as solid as usual. I've noticed that this only happens when I'm cutting. I've always though it must be fat since it has to go somewhere.

your fat gets used up as fuel. your body excretes what it doesn't use...not what it uses.

    It's excreted dietary fat.

Floaters also suggest low-dietary fiber ingestion.. so i'd bump my fiber intake a little
